We contacted Beth after we had received her leaflet and spoke to her about how she could help us with recruitment and various services Jobmatch provides. We were seeking a 16 hour sales assistant and as Beth had already recruited a cleaner for the company we were keen to use her services again.
Beth came to see us and set up a time scale so she could source the right candidates and set up interview times, inductions and a start date. With a two week period in place Beth kept us up to date on how she was getting on, as the interview approached we had agreed upon a group interview. Beth brought us a folder with a list of the candidates, who would be attending the group interview, individual CV’s, footnotes on each individual and a list of the work she had done with each candidate to help prepare them for their interview. On looking at the interview prep Beth had given them it was clear that she had done her research about the company and spent a lot of time and effort to create a great ‘interview prep pack’ for each candidate.
The group interview was a great success and Beth had put forward 8 candidates in total. We only had space for one sale assistant but because of the high quality Beth had sourced we were able to negotiate with head office and take on 3 out of the 8!
We were blown away by the amount of time and effort Beth had put into helping us with the recruitment. We would also like to add that all of the candidates Beth had sourced had great things to say about the service Beth had provided for them and told us about the interview prep she had given them, helped them with their CV’s and was contactable out of work hours to help with last minute nerves and questions.
We will most certainly use Beth again when recruiting and have spread the word to other local stores about the service Jobmatch provides. We would like to say a huge Thank you for all of your help Elizabeth and look forward to working with you again.
