We offer a cost effective service with fee's discussed and agreed upfront, therefore giving you no hidden surprises or extra's cropping up unexpectedly. Our priority is to ensure that we provide the right candidate to you to fit your requirements, not just about the fee's we charge, therefore you will find our approach more efficient and cost effective to your organisation.

To include interviewing, screening, reference checking and any other security checks as required (CRB).

Contingency/Database Search

Access to over 3 million candidates through our own database and our partnerships with Monster, Total Jobs and other key websites. Also as we are supported by Groundwork, we have access to a large pool of candidates through the strong local partnerships we have forged, giving us access to a large number of local skilled individuals.

Pre-employment training

We work with our partners to offer tailored pre-employment training that offers relevant additional skills to any individuals before they start employment. This could be an opportunity for you to take advantage of for your organisation. Please ask one of our consultants what we can offer.

On-going Employment Support (for 12 weeks)

Once an individual has commenced employment, we will ensure we stay in touch to offer support or additional training(where relevant) to ensure that those initial weeks are managed effectively and both yourself and the successful candidate have a smooth transition.

Advice on Remuneration Packages

With excellent knowledge of the local area, we are happy to give guidance on local labour market conditions and will offer a consultative approach to help you get the right package in place for your recruitment needs.

Candidate Feedback

We provide immediate feedback from our candidates who you interview, to ensure you know their thoughts prior to making your decision, we will keep in touch with all our candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep you informed on their availability and developments.

FREE Pre-Booking Service

You provide us with the details and dates of future requirements and we will pre-book candidates to allow you to plan/forecast your staffing needs. You can cancel as late as 24hrs before the booking is due to start.

Immediate Response

We will respond to any requests for staff in an agreed timescale, ensuring we don't keep you waiting for long periods when you have requested our assistance

Quality Assurance

If, in the unlikely event, you are unhappy with the temporary candidate provided we will not charge you as long as you notify us within the first 4 hours of the assignment. We also offer rebate schemes on all permanent vacancies placed with us, please contact the team for further details.

Assisted Interviewing

Our experienced consultants are on hand to offer you guidance and assistance with the interviewing of potential candidates. We can offer group interview assessments, assitance with any in house recruitment processes as well as offer help with any testing or other assessments you may want. Option to ‘Opt Out’ of Blanket Canvassing

At Jobmatch we will never send CV’s that have not been agreed to be sent by the candidate or requested by the client. We also appreciate the frustrations of constant phone calls from agencies, and will agree appropriate communication methods from the initial call made.
